    Court Hire

    (Eton/Highgate/Westminster/Westway)

    For the use and hire of other courts permission
    must be obtained by contacting the schools direct.

    Eton

    Facilities are available seven days a week by kind permission of Eton College.

    • Only the fives changing room and its toilet are to be used by male Fives players. There will be no exceptions. The Gym changing room and the Swimming Pool are strictly out of bounds.
    • Access to the changing room is by code which will be changed monthly. The code will be communicated to Mark Williams and the Event Manager to pass on to all participants in matches and competitions.
    • For lady Fives players the changing room and toilet in the Racquets Courts are to be used.
    • All players are to be encouraged to bring their own water supplies. Access to water in the Gym and Swimming Pool is forbidden.
    • If unscheduled matches are to be played, a minimum of three weeks’ notice is required. People should no longer just turn up expecting to play without notice.
    • In the event of any accident requiring treatment on court, the first port of call should be the College Security. All such reported accidents will form part of the School’s RIDDOR report.
    • The Event Manager is to have a First Aid kit permanently available.
    • The EFA’s notice on Health & Safety on court to be posted on the notice boards under the arch and in the Fives changing room.

    Highgate

    Facilities are available seven days a week by kind permission of Highgate School. The arrangements for playing Fives are set out below:

    1) Changing accommodation will be available for all matches using the REAR ENTRANCE to Changing Room Number 1 at the Sports Centre. The Sports Centre is located in Bishopswood Road, next to the Fives courts.

    2) You are advised to book matches through the Sports Centre Manager. The charge is £15.

    3) The Sports Centre is open until 10.00pm weekday evenings (except Friday when it is 8.30pm), until 5.15pm Saturdays and 6.15pm Sundays. Games should not be arranged outside these hours.

    Mill Hill

    Mill Hill School Foundation, The Ridgeway, Mill Hill, London NW7 1QS, now has 3 new courts available to hire. A great location, with plenty of parking. Nearest tube is Mill Hill East. Costs £15 per session. Call Catherine Norrington to book on 020 8906 2322 or MHSE@aol.com

    Westminster

    Facilities are available from 6.30pm to 9pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings throughout the Christmas and Spring Terms (half-terms excluded) by kind permission of the Headmaster. After 9pm the courts revert back to school use and, if boys want to play, they have priority. In view of this it is important to start each match promptly and certainly not later than 7pm. Club matches must be finished by 9.40pm and the premises vacated by 10pm. Please be courteous and quiet as possible at all times.

    Fees:

    A charge of £15 is made regardless of the number of courts used.

    Security:

    All players are asked to take special precautions against fire. Lights should be extinguished and doors shut on leaving. The school cannot be held responsible for loss of personal belongings.
