A successful end of season League meeting was held at Westminster School. Mark Williams, the Competitions Chairman, was in the Chair. It was agreed that the Old Cholmeleians would withdraw from the League and that the Old Etonians II on promotion to the first Division would amalgamate with Old Etonians I. Remaining teams and Divisions to remain unchanged.
Adjustments to the League Rules were agreed as follows:-
For the coming season there may be no automatic right to promotion or relegation. The structure of the league for 2005-2006 may change, and will be reviewed at the end of the season.
A one point penalty to be incurred for each pair defaulted in each match.
Both teams to send full details of the result of each match to the League organisers within seven days of the match. Failure to do so will result in a warning on the first and second occasions. On all subsequent occasions a half-point penalty will be incurred.
All teams will be required to sign the registration document as a condition of entering the League. It is a statement of intent intended to remind Clubs of their responsibilities.
