Under 16 Competition
1st April 1977 saw the re-introduction of this competition at Eton, as an incentive to the middle age group to continue playing the game in their second and third years at school when the pressure from other games is beginning to build up. A surprisingly large entry of thirty-one pairs meant that the schedule had hastily to be revised to cover two days.
